Using MyGenio

By creating an account you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. You must give a real email address and keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account.

Your homes

The person who creates a home decides who joins it and can remove members. Everyone in a home can see what is shared there. Please only invite people who agreed to join.

Your content

What you add stays yours. You give us permission to store it, sync it to the people you share it with and process it to run the features you use (including AI features). We do not claim ownership of it.

Fair use

Don't use MyGenio to break the law, to harm, harass or track other people, to send spam, or to try to break into the service or other people's accounts. We may limit or close accounts that do.

Plans and payments

Free is free and shows ads. Paid plans (Plus and Family) are sold through Google Play at the price shown before you buy. They renew until you cancel in Google Play; cancelling stops the next renewal and the plan stays until the end of the period you paid for. A free week of Family (once per home, or earned by inviting new people) ends by itself and never charges you. Plan limits (such as AI answers or receipt scans per month) are shown in the app. Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy.

Rafeeqy and AI

Rafeeqy and the AI features help you, but they can make mistakes. Check important things yourself, such as dates, amounts and reminders. Nothing in MyGenio is financial, legal or medical advice.

Availability

We work to keep MyGenio running and your data safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. Features may change as the app improves.

Ending

You can stop using MyGenio and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Liability

MyGenio is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, such as a missed payment or appointment. Nothing here removes rights you have by law.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. (To be confirmed before publishing.)

Changes and contact

If we change these terms, we will tell you in the app before the change applies. Questions: support@mygenio.app.

استخدام ماي جينيو

لما تعمل حساب إنت موافق على الشروط دي وعلى سياسة الخصوصية. لازم تستخدم إيميل حقيقي وتحافظ على كلمة السر. إنت مسؤول عن اللي بيحصل في حسابك.

بيوتك

اللي بيعمل البيت هو اللي بيوافق على اللي بيدخلوا ويقدر يشيل أي فرد. كل اللي في البيت بيشوفوا الحاجات المشتركة فيه. من فضلك ادعي بس الناس اللي موافقين ينضموا.

محتواك

اللي بتضيفه ملكك. إنت بتدينا إذن نخزنه ونزامنه مع اللي بتشاركهم ونعالجه عشان المميزات اللي بتستخدمها تشتغل (ومنها مميزات الذكاء الاصطناعي). إحنا مش بندّعي إنه ملكنا.

الاستخدام السليم

متستخدمش ماي جينيو في حاجة مخالفة للقانون، أو لأذى أو مضايقة أو تتبّع حد، أو لرسائل مزعجة، أو لمحاولة اختراق الخدمة أو حسابات الناس. ممكن نحدّ أو نقفل الحسابات اللي بتعمل كده.

الباقات والدفع

المجاني ببلاش وفيه إعلانات. الباقات المدفوعة (بلس والعيلة) بتتباع من خلال Google Play بالسعر اللي بيظهر قبل ما تشتري. بتتجدد لحد ما تلغيها من Google Play؛ الإلغاء بيوقف التجديد الجاي والباقة بتفضل لحد آخر المدة اللي دفعتها. أسبوع العيلة المجاني (مرة لكل بيت، أو اللي بتكسبه لما تدعي ناس جديدة) بيخلص لوحده ومش بيخصم منك أي فلوس. حدود الباقات (زي الإجابات الذكية أو مسح الفواتير في الشهر) بتظهر في التطبيق. الاسترداد حسب سياسة Google Play.

رفيقي والذكاء الاصطناعي

رفيقي ومميزات الذكاء الاصطناعي بيساعدوك، بس ممكن يغلطوا. راجع الحاجات المهمة بنفسك زي المواعيد والمبالغ والتذكيرات. مفيش حاجة في ماي جينيو تعتبر نصيحة مالية أو قانونية أو طبية.

التوفر

بنشتغل عشان ماي جينيو يفضل شغال وبياناتك في أمان، بس مقدرش نوعد إنه هيكون متاح دايمًا أو من غير أخطاء. المميزات ممكن تتغير والتطبيق بيتطور.

الإنهاء

تقدر توقف استخدام ماي جينيو وتمسح حسابك في أي وقت. وممكن نوقف الحسابات اللي بتخالف الشروط دي.

المسؤولية

ماي جينيو بيتقدّم زي ما هو. في حدود اللي يسمح بيه القانون، إحنا مش مسؤولين عن الخسائر غير المباشرة، زي فاتورة أو ميعاد فاتك. ومفيش حاجة هنا بتلغي حقوقك اللي القانون بيديهالك.

القانون

الشروط دي بتخضع لقوانين جمهورية مصر العربية. (هيتأكد منها قبل النشر.)
