Who we are

MyGenio ("we", "us") is an app for running your day and your home with your buddy, Rafeeqy. Questions about this policy: support@mygenio.app.

What we collect

• Your account: your email address. If you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account's email and name from Google. Passwords are handled by Google Firebase Authentication; we never see them.

• What you add: your home's name, the names people use in the home, chores, shopping lists, meals and recipes, bills, spending, planner entries, Moments and Me time, notes, wishes, comments, your optional profile photo and the notes Rafeeqy remembers when you ask him to.

• Shared and private: chores, shopping, meals, bills, Moments, notes and spending you choose to share are visible to everyone in your home. Your planner, Me time, private spending (marked "Only you") and Rafeeqy's notes are visible only to you.

• Your phone: a notification token so we can send reminders and home updates, the app version, and, when the app has an error, the phone model, Android version and the error details.

• Purchases: if you buy a plan, Google Play handles the payment. We receive the purchase token, the plan and its end date so we can switch the plan on. We never see your card or payment details.

• Ads (Free plan only): the Free plan shows ads from Google AdMob. AdMob may collect your phone's advertising ID, basic device information and approximate location from your IP address to show ads and measure them. Paid plans and children's profiles see no ads.

• App integrity: to protect the service from abuse, the app may ask Google Play to confirm it is the genuine MyGenio app on a real phone. This check does not include your personal content.

• Usage counts: anonymous counts of which features are used (for example "a chore was added"), so we know what to improve. You can turn this off in Settings → Privacy and data.

**Bank messages (Plus and Family, only if you turn it on).** MyGenio reads the text messages on your phone to find card and wallet payments and suggest them as spending. This happens on your phone: message text is never sent to our servers or shared, other messages are ignored, and only the spending you approve is saved. You can turn it off in Settings at any time, and remove the SMS permission in your phone's settings.

AI features and voice

• When you use AI features (Rafeeqy's smart answers on Plus and Family, receipt scanning, the smart ear for voice), the text, photo or recording you send is passed through our server to Google's Gemini service to produce the answer. We do not use it for advertising, and our server does not keep the photo or recording after the answer is returned. Google processes it under its terms for the Gemini API.

• Rafeeqy's offline answers run on your phone and are not sent anywhere.

• Voice typing uses your phone's own speech recogniser (from Google or your phone's maker), under their privacy terms.

Why we use it

To run the app and keep your home in sync between phones, send the reminders and notifications you ask for, provide AI features and paid plans, show ads on the Free plan, keep the service secure, fix problems and decide what to improve. We do not sell your data.

Where it is stored

On Google Firebase (Google Cloud). Data is encrypted while it travels between your phone and the servers. Access rules make sure only you and the people in your home can read your home's data, and only you can read your private data. We keep encrypted backups of the database for up to 30 days to recover from mistakes.

Who we share it with

• The people in your home, for what is shared in it.

• Your daily check-in contacts, only if you set them up: they are told when you miss a check-in.

• Service providers that run MyGenio for us: Google Firebase, Google Gemini, Google Play (payments and app integrity) and Google AdMob (ads on the Free plan).

• Authorities, only if the law requires it.

Ads and your choices

You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your phone's settings (Settings → Google → Ads, or Privacy → Ads, depending on the phone). Where the law requires it, the app asks for your consent before showing personalised ads. Upgrading to Plus or Family removes ads.

Children

A parent can add children to a home with a child account that has limited options and no ads. MyGenio is not meant for children under 13 to sign up on their own.

Keeping and deleting your data

We keep your data while your account exists. You can delete your account at any time in the app (Settings → You → Delete my data) or on our website at MyGenio's delete-account page. This deletes your account, your private data, your devices and your purchase records, and removes you from your homes. Items you shared in a home stay with that home for its other members unless you delete them first. Backups are cleared within 30 days.

Your choices and rights

• Export: Settings → About → Export my data gives you a copy of your data.

• Correct or delete anything you added, at any time, in the app.

• Turn off usage counts in Settings → Privacy and data.

• Contact us at support@mygenio.app for anything else about your data.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will tell you in the app before the change applies.

إحنا مين

ماي جينيو تطبيق لتنظيم يومك وبيتك مع رفيقك «رفيقي». لأي سؤال عن السياسة دي: support@mygenio.app.

بنجمع إيه

• حسابك: الإيميل. لو دخلت بحساب جوجل، جوجل بتدينا إيميل حسابك واسمك. كلمات السر بتتعامل معاها خدمة Google Firebase Authentication، وإحنا عمرنا ما بنشوفها.

• اللي بتضيفه: اسم البيت، الأسماء اللي بتستخدموها في البيت، المهام، قوايم التسوق، الأكل والوصفات، الفواتير، المصاريف، مواعيد المفكرة، اللمّة ووقتي، الملاحظات، الأمنيات، التعليقات، صورتك لو حطيتها، والحاجات اللي بتطلب من رفيقي يفتكرها.

• المشترك والخاص: المهام والتسوق والأكل والفواتير واللمّة والملاحظات والمصاريف اللي بتختار تشاركها بيشوفها كل اللي في البيت. المفكرة ووقتي والمصاريف الخاصة (المكتوب عليها «أنت فقط») وملاحظات رفيقي بتشوفها إنت بس.

• موبايلك: رمز الإشعارات عشان نبعتلك التذكيرات وتحديثات البيت، رقم إصدار التطبيق، ولما يحصل خطأ: نوع الموبايل وإصدار أندرويد وتفاصيل الخطأ.

• المشتريات: لو اشتركت في باقة، Google Play هو اللي بيتعامل مع الدفع. إحنا بنستلم رمز الشراء والباقة وتاريخ انتهائها عشان نشغّل الباقة. عمرنا ما بنشوف بيانات الكارت أو الدفع.

• الإعلانات (الباقة المجانية بس): الباقة المجانية بتعرض إعلانات من Google AdMob. ممكن AdMob يجمع المعرّف الإعلاني لموبايلك ومعلومات بسيطة عن الجهاز ومكانك التقريبي من عنوان الإنترنت عشان يعرض الإعلانات ويقيسها. الباقات المدفوعة وحسابات الأطفال مفيهاش إعلانات.

• سلامة التطبيق: عشان نحمي الخدمة من سوء الاستخدام، التطبيق ممكن يسأل Google Play يتأكد إنه تطبيق ماي جينيو الأصلي على موبايل حقيقي. الفحص ده مفيهوش أي حاجة من محتواك الشخصي.

• أرقام الاستخدام: عدّ من غير أسماء للمميزات اللي بتتستخدم (زي «اتضافت مهمة») عشان نعرف نحسّن إيه. تقدر تقفلها من الإعدادات ← الخصوصية والبيانات.

**رسائل البنك (بلس وفاميلي، لو شغلتها بس).** ماي جينيو بيقرأ الرسائل النصية على موبايلك عشان يلاقي مدفوعات الكارت والمحفظة ويقترحها كمصروفات. ده بيحصل على موبايلك: نص الرسائل عمره ما بيتبعت لسيرفراتنا ولا بيتشارك، والرسائل التانية بتتجاهل، ومفيش حاجة بتتحفظ غير المصروفات اللي توافق عليها. تقدر تقفلها من الإعدادات في أي وقت، وتشيل إذن الرسائل من إعدادات الموبايل.

الذكاء الاصطناعي والصوت

• لما تستخدم مميزات الذكاء الاصطناعي (ردود رفيقي الذكية في بلس والعيلة، قراءة الفواتير بالصورة، الودن الذكية للصوت)، النص أو الصورة أو التسجيل بيعدّي من سيرفرنا لخدمة Gemini من جوجل عشان يطلع الرد. إحنا مش بنستخدمه في إعلانات، وسيرفرنا مش بيحتفظ بالصورة أو التسجيل بعد الرد. جوجل بتتعامل معاه حسب شروط Gemini API.

• ردود رفيقي من غير إنترنت بتشتغل على موبايلك ومش بتتبعت لأي حد.

• الكتابة بالصوت بتستخدم قارئ الصوت بتاع موبايلك (من جوجل أو الشركة المصنّعة) حسب شروط الخصوصية بتاعتهم.

بنستخدمها في إيه

عشان التطبيق يشتغل ويفضل بيتك متزامن بين الموبايلات، ونبعت التذكيرات والإشعارات اللي طلبتها، ونقدّم مميزات الذكاء الاصطناعي والباقات المدفوعة، ونعرض إعلانات في الباقة المجانية، ونحافظ على الأمان، ونصلّح المشاكل ونعرف نطوّر إيه. إحنا مش بنبيع بياناتك.

بتتخزن فين

على Google Firebase (سحابة جوجل). البيانات متشفرة وهي رايحة جاية بين موبايلك والسيرفرات. قواعد الوصول بتضمن إن بس إنت واللي في بيتك تقدروا تقروا بيانات البيت، وإنت بس تقدر تقرا بياناتك الخاصة. بنحتفظ بنسخ احتياطية متشفرة من قاعدة البيانات لحد ٣٠ يوم عشان نصلّح أي غلطة.

بنشاركها مع مين

• اللي في بيتك، للحاجات المشتركة فيه.

• جهات الاطمئنان اليومي، بس لو إنت اخترتهم: بيتبلّغوا لو فاتك الاطمئنان.

• الخدمات اللي بتشغّل ماي جينيو: Google Firebase وGoogle Gemini وGoogle Play (الدفع وسلامة التطبيق) وGoogle AdMob (الإعلانات في الباقة المجانية).

• الجهات الرسمية، بس لو القانون طلب.

الإعلانات واختياراتك

تقدر تعمل إعادة ضبط أو تمسح المعرّف الإعلاني من إعدادات موبايلك (الإعدادات ← جوجل ← الإعلانات، أو الخصوصية ← الإعلانات، حسب الموبايل). ولو القانون بيطلب، التطبيق بيستأذنك قبل الإعلانات المخصّصة. الاشتراك في بلس أو العيلة بيشيل الإعلانات.

الأطفال

الأب أو الأم يقدروا يضيفوا الأطفال للبيت بحساب طفل بخيارات محدودة ومن غير إعلانات. ماي جينيو مش معمول إن الأطفال أقل من ١٣ سنة يسجّلوا لوحدهم.

الاحتفاظ والمسح

بنحتفظ ببياناتك طول ما حسابك موجود. تقدر تمسح حسابك في أي وقت من التطبيق (الإعدادات ← إنت ← امسح بياناتي) أو من صفحة مسح الحساب على موقع ماي جينيو. ده بيمسح حسابك وبياناتك الخاصة وأجهزتك وسجلات مشترياتك، وبيخرجك من البيوت. الحاجات اللي شاركتها في بيت بتفضل للباقيين فيه إلا لو مسحتها الأول. النسخ الاحتياطية بتتمسح خلال ٣٠ يوم.

اختياراتك وحقوقك

• التصدير: الإعدادات ← عن ماي جينيو ← تصدير بياناتي بيديك نسخة من بياناتك.

• تعديل أو مسح أي حاجة أضفتها في أي وقت من التطبيق.

• قفل أرقام الاستخدام من الإعدادات ← الخصوصية والبيانات.

• كلّمنا على support@mygenio.app لأي حاجة تانية تخص بياناتك.
