Delete your MyGenio account

Deleting your account removes your account, your private data (planner, Me time, private spending, Rafeeqy's notes), your devices and your purchase records, and takes you out of your homes. Things you shared in a home stay with its other members unless you delete them first. Backups are cleared within 30 days. This cannot be undone.

In the app: Settings → You → Delete my data.

Here: sign in with your email and password, then confirm.

Signed in with Google? Delete from the app (Settings → You → Delete my data), or email support@mygenio.app from your Google address and we will delete it within 30 days.
